Define your own questions, criteria, factors – and specify the scoring that you need on each one individually, eg 1-5, 1-10, 1-100. Group factors into categories and specify how factors and categories can be aggregated.

 
Inspection Certificates

Print inspection certificates – or allow centres/users to print their own certificates. In addition, Kilimanjaro allows you to define criteria for awards, such as centre of the year or regional centre of the year.

 
User Management

Manage inspectors and centres by region and type. Create usernames and passwords for the users of the system. You define who gets access to which regions and which inspection templates.

 
Customisability

Kilimanjaro is designed for maximum compatibility as you can create make inspections that suit your business. You can manage user accounts, inspection centres and the inspections templates – with any number of criteria and categories.

 
Reporting

Kilimanjaro will automatically calculate category sub-totals and overall inspection totals. In addition there is a powerful suite of reports to enable you to manage inspection status checklists, see who has passed and failed, print batches of inspection certificates – and print certificates of merit and other awards.
